Isn't my claim just fuelling the compensation culture?

We do not present spurious or exaggerated claims and work closely with the insurance industry and professional organisations to safeguard the interests of those who are genuine victims. We work with you to help you get the compensation you deserve. We will only advise you to continue with a claim if we feel it is worth pursuing.

Who arranges the medical reports?

Few insurers will entertain an injury claim without a medical report. We would get your medical records reviewed by an appropriate, local expert, who would examine you if needed and prepare a report for our use.

Do I have to attend your office?

The majority of clients are happy to deal with us by letter, phone or email but we regularly meet up with clients from all over England and Wales when appropriate. Unless you live nearby we would expect to visit you, whether in home or in hospital, when needed.

Can I change my mind later?

We will not commit you to anything you are not happy with but once you have given the go-ahead, there may be adverse financial consequences if you simply abandon the claim. That said, we will constantly monitor the prospects of success and will actively encourage you to review the case if we have any doubts.
