Asbestos related illness including but not limited to Asbestosis, Lung Cancer and Mesothelioma are among the most serious of illnesses leading to serious respiratory diasbility, vastly reduced quality of life and often proving fatal.

Severe pain and impairment of function of the lung lining or the lining of the abdominal cavity are found with cases of Mesothelioma, for which general damages compensation is calculated based upon the duration of pain and suffering.
