Moral Considerations PDF Print E-mail

Many of our clients are concerned about the morality of making a claim, particularly where the accident was not entirely the fault of the other person or where the person at fault was a family member or friend. In the case of traffic accidents all parties are legally required to hold insurance, and it is typically the insurers from whom any compensation will be claimed. The fact remains that if you have been injured you may be unable to work for a period of time or may experience psychological symptoms, for instance being unable to get back into your car. None of which are your fault, but will certainly have some impact both physically, emotionally and financially.
