If you are unfortunate enough to have been involved in a collision, here are a few points you should consider...

  • Get names and addresses of the parties involved, witness/colleagues who saw or knew what happened.
  • Make sure you seek treatment for your injuries.
  • If bruised,  scarred or injured try to get some clear photos of the injuries.
  • If incurring expense, keep all records/receipts otherwise we may not secure repayment. For information on claimable expenses please click here.
  • If involved in a road traffic accident (RTA) notify the police, get insurance details from the other parties, and pass any correspondence received from the other party to your insurers or representative.
  • Do not accept a compensation settlement for your injuries until you have been able to discuss your situation properly with your solicitor.
