Past and Future losses

You can reclaim expenses you reasonably incurred :  Examples may include  

  • Medical and treatmens costs, including Medicines and Prescriptions
    • Aids and appliances
    • Care  - whether paid for or voluntarily undertaken in providing the  help you needed whilst injured
    • Travel expenses, hire costs (ask us about credit hire if you are stuck)Car or bike repairs, write off value or insurance excess
    • Past and future loss of net earnings
    • Loss of working tax credits whilst unable to work
    • Any other expenses reasonably incurred as a result of the accident

A note of caution: - You are expected to keep expenses to a reasonable minimum and will be expected to produce receipts where practicable.  Also, if you receive state benefits as a result of the accident then these may in certain circumstances be reclaimed from your loss of earnings and the vsalue of the Care claimed in your case.
