The Animal Act 1971. An interesting case as the conduct of the farmer denying liability, default judgement and enforcement. Not the standard RTA, strict liability, enforcement issues. Horses escaped from the road, collided with three cars. Farmer denies any involvement. Farmer is keeper under the animals act. Claim  being deal with by Christopher Voaden - Paralegal and non practicing Barrister.
